This statement applies to the service and support appointment booking system which is run by the Home Office.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this service.
This means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts
- zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the service using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the service using speech recognition software
- listen to most of the service using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

Compliance status
The content listed below is not compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard.
- A heading level is skipped on the 'Booking confirmed' page. This fails WCAG 1.3.1 info and relationships and WCAG 2.4.6 headings and labels.
- A no script element is on the 'Choose where to go for your appointment' page. This fails WCAG 2.4.6 headings and labels.
We aim to fix these by end of June 2026.

Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 09 December 2025.
This service was tested on 01 December 2025.
Testing was carried out internally by the Home Office. We tested the service based on a user's ability to complete key journeys. All parts of the chosen journeys were tested.
